Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated May 27, 2025 It was announced with the referred disclosure that the applications to the CMB and the Borsa Istanbul A.S. to issue of bank bonds with different maturities and in one or more issuances within the issuance ceiling of Turkish Lira-denominated bonds up to 50,000,000,000-TL for the debt instruments. In this context, it was announced in the Capital Markets Board's Weekly Bulletin dated 25.06.2025 and numbered 2025/35 that our Bank's application for a debt instrument issuance ceiling of TRY 50,000,000,000 has been approved. According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
