27.06.2025 by our Company 5.19 TL - 5.50 TL (weighted average 5,379 TL) price range for a total of 1,500,000 TL MHRGY shares with nominal value were repurchased.

As a result of these transactions, the shares repurchased as of 27.06.2025 total value 43,142,804.86 TL and the ratio of these shares to the capital was realized as 1.0592 % these shares to the share capital.
