Şirketimizde gerçekleşen organizasyonel yapılanmalar kapsamında, 27.06.2025 tarihi itibarıyla şirket bünyesinde istihdam edilen toplam personel sayısı, kamuya açıklanan son finansal raporda yer alan 2025 yılı ortalama personel sayısına göre %17,1 oranında azalmıştır.

Belirtilen tarih itibarıyla istihdam edilen personel sayısı 281'dir. (31 Mart 2025 tarihli finansal raporumuzda yer alan 2025 yılı ortalama personel sayısı: 339)

İşbu açıklama, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-15.1 sayılı Özel Durumlar Tebliği'nin 5.7 numaralı maddesinin 11. fıkrası uyarınca yapılmaktadır.

As part of the organizational restructuring within our company, the total number of personnel employed as of June 27, 2025, has decreased by 17.1% compared to the average number of employees disclosed in the most recent financial report for the year 2025.

As of the specified date, the number of employees is 281. (The average number of employees stated in our financial report dated March 31, 2025, for the year 2025 was 339.)

This disclosure is made in accordance with paragraph 11 of Article 5.7 of the Communiqué on Material Events (II-15.1) of the Capital Markets Board of Turkey.
