Board of Directors of our Company 20.03.2025 within the scope of the share repurchase transactions initiated with the decision dated;

30.06.2025 by our Company 5.68 TL - 5.87 TL (weighted average 5,805 TL) price range for a total of 1,150,000 TL MHRGY shares with nominal value were repurchased.

As a result of these transactions, the shares repurchased as of 30.06.2025 total value 49,818,271.53 TL and the ratio of these shares to the capital was realized as 1.1983 % these shares to the share capital.
