The Board of Directors of the Company convened at the Company headquarters and took the following decision.

Within the framework of the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II-17.1, it was unanimously resolved to appoint Özlem Taymaz as the Investor Relations Manager and to appoint her as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee.
