«INTRALOT SA – INTEGRATED LOTTERY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES» (distinctive title "INTRALOT"), hereby informs the investing public, according to Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that "PE Sub Holdings, LLC", a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Soohyung Kim, Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of INTRALOT, on 30.6.2025 acquired 39,136,435 Common Registered shares, with voting rights, of INTRALOT, for a total value of €41,484,621.10.
