Further to the fundraising announcement of 12 June 2025, URU issued 12,000,000 new ordinary shares of the Company ("Placing Shares") to Axis Capital Markets at a price of 3.5 pence per share on 19 June 2025.

URU has no further information pursuant to Rule 17 Schedule Five of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of the above dealing.

The Company will shortly be announcing the quarterly independent third-party shareholder register analysis of depositary interest holdings in URU, which will provide up to date information on all significant holdings as at 30 June 2025.
