Confirmation of FY25 results

Babcock International Group PLC (the "Group") published its unaudited Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 March 2025 on 25 June 2025.

On 1 July 2025 our auditors completed their audit and issued an unqualified opinion on the Group's full financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025.  There are no changes to the unaudited results published on 25 June 2025.

The Group will make available its full financial statements in due course.
