Ecofin Global Utilities and Infrastructure Trust plc announces that, with effect from 1 July 2025, Frostrow Capital LLP ("Frostrow") has been appointed as Alternative Investment Fund Manager ("AIFM"), Company Secretary and Administrator to the Company.

In consequence, the Company's registered office has changed to 25 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AL with immediate effect.

Frostrow has also been appointed to provide Investor Relations and Marketing services to the Company.
