The board announces the following change to the board of the Company.

Board appointment

Neil Galloway

The appointment of Neil Galloway as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2025.

Neil has over 30 years' experience across a range of banking and finance roles.

He has extensive experience of leadership roles in large, listed corporates and was most recently CFO of Pepco Group N.V.  Previous roles included, Executive Vice President of IWG PLC, CFO of DFI Retail Group, a Commissioner of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk, CFO of The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels Limited, a Managing Director of ABN AMRO and ABN AMRO Rothschild and various roles within HSBC. 

He is a non-executive director and Chair of the Management Engagement Committee for AVI Global Trust PLC.

Neil will become a member of the Merchants Trust Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Management Engagement Committee and Remuneration Committee on appointment.

There are no other details requiring disclosure in respect of paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the FCA.
