W wykonaniu obowiązku, o którym mowa w art. 69 ust. 1 pkt 2 w związku z art. 87 ust. 1 pkt 3 lit. b ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych (dalej: "Ustawa"), działając w imieniu Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH z siedzibą we Frankfurcie nad Menem (dalej: "Universal-Investment"), zarządzającego i działającego w imieniu i na rachunek AvH Emerging Markets Fonds UI - funduszu inwestycyjnego prawa niemieckiego (dalej: "AvH"), Niniejszym informuję o zwiększeniu udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów w w Krynica Vitamin S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (dalej: "KVT") z 4,088% do 5,761%.

Nabycie udziałów 27 czerwca 2025.

1. Liczba akcji posiadanych przed zmianą udziału i ich procentowy udział w kapitale zakładowym spółki (KVT) oraz liczba głosów z tych akcji i ich procentowy udział w ogólnej liczbie głosów:

Przed zdarzeniem opisanym w punkcie 1 spółka Universal-Investment, działając w imieniu i na rzecz AvH, zarządzała 500,816 akcjami KVT, co łącznie stanowiło 4,088% kapitału zakładowego KVT i miało 500,816 głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu akcjonariuszy KVT, co odpowiadało 4,088% ogólnej liczby głosów.

1. Liczba aktualnie posiadanych akcji i ich procentowy udział w kapitale zakładowym spółki (KVT) oraz liczba głosów z tych akcji i ich procentowym udziale w ogólnej liczbie głosów:

As part of performance of the obligation referred to in Article 69(1)(2) in conjunction with Article 87(1)(3)(b) of the Act on public offer and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system and public companies of 29 July 2005 (the "Act"), acting on behalf of Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH with its registered office in Frankfurt am Main ("Universal-Investment"), managing and acting for and on behalf of AvH Emerging Markets Fonds UI, an investment fund existing under German law ("AvH"), I hereby provide notification about increase of the share in the total number of votes in Krynica Vitamin S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław ("KVT") from 4.088% to 5.761%.

On 27 June 2025, was an acquisition

1. The number of shares held before the change in the share and their percentage share in the share capital of the company (KVT), and the number of votes carried by those shares with their percentage share in the total number of votes:

Prior to the event described in point 1, Universal-Investment, acting for and on behalf of AvH, managed 500,816 KVT shares, which together represented 4,088% of KVT's share capital and had 500,816 votes at the general meeting of KVT shareholders, corresponding to 4,088% of the total number of votes.

1. The number of shares held currently and their percentage share in the share capital of the company (KVT), and the number of votes carried by those shares with their percentage share in the total number of votes:

Universal-Investment currently manages 705,816 KVT shares, which together represent 5.761% of KVT's share capital and have 705,816 votes at the general meeting of KVT shareholders, which corresponds to 5.761% of the total number of votes
