AMPLIFON: SIGNED A SUSTAINABILITY-LINKED CREDIT FACILITY WITH BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO FOR €50 MILLION
Milan, July 1 st, 2025 – Amplifon (EXM; Bloomberg/Reuters ticker: AMP:IM/AMPF.MI), global leader in hearing solutions and services, announces that it has signed a sustainability-linked credit facility with Banca Popolare di Sondrio for a total amount of 50 million euros.
The facility, finalized at refinancing expiring lines, is composed of a revolving credit line of 30 million euros and a term loan of 20 million euros, both with 5-year term.
This transaction contributes to the ongoing journey towards further integration of ESG factors into Amplifon's business and financial strategy thanks to a margin adjustment mechanism applied to the financing in case the Company achieves specific indicators of its Sustainability Plan.
Amplifon, thanks to this facility, further strengthens its liquidity position and extends the average debt maturity. Overall, the total amount of sustainability-linked financing subscribed by Amplifon exceeds one billion euros.
Finally, thanks to a series of refinancing transactions completed, the Group no longer has outstanding credit facilities subject to financial covenants since June 30th, 2025.
