Report Content Completion of negotiations with ZE PAK S.A. regarding the potentialacquisition of shares in PAK CCGT Sp. z o.o.

With reference to current report No. 3/2025 dated January 23, 2025,concerning the signing by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("Company,""PGE") and ZE PAK S.A. ("ZE PAK") of a term sheet regarding a potentialtransaction involving the acquisition by PGE from ZE PAK: 100% of sharesin PAK CCGT sp. z o.o., and 50% of shares in PGE PAK Energia JądrowaS.A., the Management Board of the Company announces that it has receivedinformation from ZE PAK about its withdrawal from the intention to sell100% of shares in PAK CCGT sp. z o.o. and, consequently, about thetermination of negotiations with the Company as of June 30 this year.

At the same time, the Company and ZE PAK declare their intention to holdtalks on the functioning of PGE PAK Energia Jądrowa S.A.
