Amaro (Udine), 30 giugno 2025 – Eurotech S.p.A., facendo seguito a quanto comunicato in data 23 giugno u.s. in relazione all'aumento di capitale riservato all'azionista nonché parte correlata Emera S.r.l., rende noto che è ora a disposizione presso la sede legale, sul sito internet della Società www.eurotech.com (sezione Investitori/Corporate Governance/Documenti di Governance), nonché presso il meccanismo distoccaggio autorizzato , il documento informativo relativo a tale operazione con detta parte correlata redatto in conformità all'allegato 4 del Regolamento Consob approvato con delibera n. 17221/2010, come successivamente modificato e integrato, al quale sono acclusi il parere del Comitato Parti Correlate nonché la fairness opinion di Ambromobiliare S.p.A..

Amaro (Italy), 30 June 2025 – Eurotech S.p.A., following up on what was announced on June 23, 2025 with respect to the capital increase reserved for the subscription by the shareholder – as well as related party – Emera S.r.l., announces that it is now available at the registered office, on the Company's website www.eurotech.com (Investors / Corporate Governance / Governance Documents section), as well on at the authorized storage mechanism , the information document regarding such transaction with said related party, prepared in accordance with Annex 4 of the Consob Regulation approved by resolution no. 17221/2010, as subsequently amended and supplemented, to which the opinion of the Related Parties Committee and the fairness opinion of Ambromobiliare S.p.A. are attached.
