Report by Bezeq Subsidiary- Cessation of Employee Sanctions

On March 16, 2020, Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corporation Ltd. ("Bezeq"), a 26.34% subsidiary of B Communications Ltd. (the "Company"), reported to the Israel Securities Authority (the "ISA") and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (the "TASE"), as a follow-up to Bezeq's report to the ISA and TASE on March 1, 2020, that on March 15, 2020, Bezeq's employees ceased taking sanctions against Bezeq, in light of the outbreak of coronavirus.

A translated copy of the foregoing report of Bezeq is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K.

Supplementary Immediate Report – Cessation of Sanctions

Tel Aviv, Israel – March 16, 2020 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ) (the "Company") announced today that further to the Company's report dated March 1, 2020 regarding sanctions being taken by the Company's labor union from that date, it is reported that on March 15, 2020, the labor union announced a cessation of sanctions in light of the outbreak of coronavirus.

The above information constitutes a translation of the Immediate Report published by the Company. The Hebrew version was submitted by the Company to the relevant authorities pursuant to Israeli law, and represents the binding version and the only one having legal effect.
