Re: A judgment by the Regional Labor Court in Tel Aviv, rejecting a motion to certify a claim as a class action against The Phoenix Pension and Provident Fund Ltd Ltd.The Company is hereby announcing that on September 19, 2022, a judgment was rendered by the Regional Labor Court in Tel Aviv, which rejects a motion to certify a claim as a class action which was filed against a subsidiary of the Company, The Phoenix Pension and Provident Fund Ltd (hereinafter: "The Phoenix Pension and Provident") as well as against 4 management companies of additional pension funds, and which is concerned with the claim of collecting management fees for disability and survivors' benefits without disclosing this fact, and that the rate of management fees collected from such benefit recipients is the maximum permitted rate, while taking advantage of the fact that benefit recipients cannot transfer their funds and/or entitlement to such benefits elsewhere (See more details in the Immediate Report dated February 2, 2016 (Reference No. 2016-01-021967) and in Note 7a(10) to the Company's financial statements as of June 30, 2022, which were published on August 25, 2022 (Reference No. 2022-01-087321)).This brings the proceeding to an end, subject to the plaintiff's right of appeal false
