Re: A petition submitted plaintiffs to the Supreme Court sitting as the High Court of Justice against second-tier subsidiary companies The company announcing that on 12 December, 2022, a petition was submitted by the plaintiffs to the Supreme Court sitting as the High Court of Justice to annul the ruling that was given on 5 September, 2022 by the National Labor Court, which rejected the appeal filed by the plaintiffs against the ruling by the Regional Labor Court dated 30 August, 2020, which rejected the application for approval of the class action filed against Shekel Insurance Agency (2008) Ltd. (hereinafter: �Shekel�) and against Agam Liderim (Israel) Insurance Agency (2003) Ltd. (hereinafter: �Agam Liderim�), which are second-tier subsidiary companies of the company, and against two other companies (hereinafter, includingwith Shekel and Agam Liderim together: �the defendants�), and which concerns the allegation of burdening the costs of the operating services provided by the defendants as part of marketing pension to employees (for details, see the Immediate Report dated 6 September, 2022 (reference number 2022-01-092685), and note 7b(8) of the company's financial statements dated 30 September 2022, which were published on 30 November, 2022 (reference number 2022-01-115344)).It should be noted that the petition was also filed against the Commissioner of the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority.Shekel and Agam Liderim are studying the petition. false
