פרטנר מודיעה על דחיית בקשה לאישור תובענה ייצוגית

ראש העין, ישראל, 2 בפברואר 2023 - חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע" מ ("פרטנר" או "החברה") (NASDAQ ו-TASE: PTNR(, מפעילת תקשורת מובילה בישראל, מודיעה כי, בהמשך לדיווח החברה מיום 8 בנובמבר ,2020 בקשר לקבלת שתי תביעות ובקשה לאשרן כתובענה ייצוגית נגדה וכנגד חברות בעלותה (יחד "המשיבות"), אשר הוגשה בבית המשפט המחוזי בתל אביב – יפו ("הבקשה"), אשר על פי הנטען בה, המשיבות גבו מהלקוחות תשלום עבור שירות ספק גישה לרשת האינטרנט ("השירות") לאחר שהם החלו לקבל שירות זה מחברה אחרת וכאשר כנגד התשלום המשיבות לא סיפקו את השירות, בסכום גביית יתר שנאמד בבקשה במעל 100 מיליון ש"ח, ביום 1 בפברואר 2023 ניתן פסק דין לפיו הבקשה נדחית, תוך חיוב המבקשים בהוצאות.
