Appointment of Executive Director

Further to its announcement of 29 May 2025, Helios, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, is pleased to announce the appointment of Adhiraj Maitra as Director of Finance and Operations and as an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Further information in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies is set out below in the Appendix to this announcement.

Adhiraj Maitra, aged 42, does not hold and has not held within the last 5 years, any directorships or partnerships. Adhiraj currently holds 37,100 ordinary shares in Helios, representing 0.0475% of the current issued share capital. He also holds 217,985 nil cost options, as part of his Long-Term Incentive Plans.

There are no further disclosures to be made in relation to Adhiraj Maitra in accordance with Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
