Re: HODAYAT HAARETZ LTD

• 1. The trading in the company's shares (ISIN No. IL0011758195) was suspended on March 28, 2024 due to the appointment of a temporary trustee for the company under the Insolvency Law.
• 1. Following the publication of the company's financial statements for 2024 and in light of the company's immediate report dated June 23, 2025, trading in the company's shares will renewed. Trading will be renewed on June 26, 2025, on the maintenance list.
• 1. The company's shares ceased to be traded on the main list on March 28, 2024.
• 1. According to TASE's rules, where a security is traded on the maintenance list or suspended from trade, the security shall be de-listed from trade if 48 months have passed from the date on which the security ceased to be traded in the framework of the main list, and the conditions for the renewal of trade therein on the main list have not been fulfilled, without further discussion by the board of directors.

Accordingly, if the conditions for resuming trading in the company's shares on the main list are not met, the company's shares will be de-listed at the end of 48 months from March 28, 2024.
