SHARE BUYBACK MANAGEMENT

RIT Capital Partners plc (the "Company") announces that, from the end of its half-year reporting period on 30 June 2025 until it publishes its Half-Yearly Financial Report, it has issued an irrevocable instruction to Deutsche Numis ("Numis") to continue the Company's buybacks of its ordinary shares in the market.  Numis will operate these buybacks autonomously during this period.
