Results of Annual General Meeting

Directa Plus (AIM: DCTA), a leading producer and supplier of graphene nanoplatelets based products for use in consumer and industrial markets announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 30 June 2025 (the "Meeting") all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Meeting were passed by the requisite majority.
