Change in the number of shares and votes in Vimian

The number of shares and votes in Vimian Group AB (publ) ("Vimian") increased during June as a result of share subscriptions through the exercise of warrants as part of the warrant program adopted by Viman's Annual General Meeting on 2 June 2022. In total, the number of shares has increased by 2,724,260 ordinary shares and the same number of votes.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 526,615,332 shares in Vimian. 520,619,334 shares are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 5,995,998 shares are class C shares with one-tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in Vimian is 521,218,933.8.
