International Petroleum Corporation (IPC or the Corporation) (TSX, Nasdaq

Stockholm: IPCO) reports the following, in accordance with the Swedish Financial

Instruments Trading Act:

Following the cancellation of 288,027 common shares repurchased by IPC under the

normal course issuer bid / share repurchase program, the total number of issued

and outstanding common shares of the Corporation is 113,354,532 common shares

with voting rights as at June 30, 2025 and IPC holds no common shares in

treasury.
