Report Content Current Report No. 14/2025Date: 30 June 2025Legal basisof the report: Article 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering - GSM listover 5% of voteTopic: List of shareholders holding at least 5%of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the WarsawStock Exchange on 30 June 2025Content:The Warsaw StockExchange ("GPW") informs that the shareholders present at the GPWOrdinary General Meeting on 30 June 2025 ("GPW OGM") jointly held41,776,503 votes.The shareholder which held at least 5% of votesat GPW OGM were:- the State Treasury, which held 29,390,940votes equal to 70.35% of votes at the GPW OGM and 51.80% of the totalvote.- Allianz Polska OFE, which held 2,242,998 vote equal to5.37% of votes at the GPW OGM and 3.95% of the total vote.-Nationale-Nederlanden OFE, which held 2,098,000 vote equal to 5.02% ofvotes at the GPW OGM and 3.70% of the total vote.The totalnumber of shares issued by the Warsaw Stock Exchange is 41,972,000 andthe number of votes conferred by the shares is 56,744,470.Legalbasis: Article 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governingthe Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, andPublic Companies of 29 July 2005.
