Increase in number of votes in Dynavox Group

Dynavox Group AB (the "Company") announces that the Company's registered number of votes has increased through the conversion of a total of 701,099 C shares into a total of 701,099 ordinary shares.

The conversion has been carried out in order to deliver ordinary shares to participants in five of the Company's outstanding share based incentive programs and to cover related social security costs.

As of 30 June 2025, the total number of shares in the Company amounts to 106,880,235, of which 1,327,935 are class C shares and 105,552,300 are ordinary shares. The number of votes in the Company as of 30 June 2025 amounts to 105,685,093.50, entailing that the conversion increased the number of votes by 630,989.10 votes.
