Results of Annual General Meeting

Helios, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders of the Company were duly passed.

The full text of the resolutions considered at the AGM is set out in the Notice of AGM published on 2 June 2025, available on the Company's website at  www.huwplc.com .

A poll was held for each resolution, the results of which are as follows:
