2024 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

DP Poland PLC, the operator of Domino's pizza stores and restaurants across Poland and Croatia, announces that its 2024 Annual Report has been published and can be found on the Group's website https://dppoland.com/news/. The Annual Report will be sent to those shareholders who have requested physical copies in due course.

The 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Bird & Bird LLP 12 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1JP on 24 July 2025 at 11:00 am. Materials relating to the AGM will in due course be posted to shareholders requiring physical copies and published on the Group's website.
