Report Content Delisting of M series bonds

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (the "Bank") informs that onJune 26, 2025, it carried out the early redemption of all 1,000 (inwords: one thousand) M series bonds with a total nominal value of PLN400,000,000 (in words: four hundred million zlotys), marked with theISIN code PLALIOR00250 ("Bonds"), in accordance with the informationindicated in the current report No. 24/2025 of June 2, 2025.

In connection with the early redemption of the Bonds, the Bonds losttheir status of securities admitted to trading on the regulated marketon the Catalyst Market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. ("WSE")

According to the announcement of WSE on June 27, 2025, the Bonds tradingon the Catalyst Market has ended.

In connection with the above, from July 2, 2025, WSE will ceasepublishing information on the listing of the Bonds.
