On 15 April 2020, options were granted under the Drax Group plc Sharesave Plan (the 'Sharesave Plan'). The 2020 five-year Sharesave Plan options matured on 1 June 2025. Andy Skelton, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, has notified the Company that on 27 June 2025 he exercised his option to acquire 23,603 ordinary shares at a price of 127.1 pence per share following the maturity of the Sharesave Plan.
