Announcement of regulated information regarding the Bank's share capital and the number of shares and voting rights, in accordance with par. 5, article 9 of L.3556/2007 [30.6.2025]

Alpha Bank S.A. (the "Bank") hereby informs the public in accordance with para 5, of article 9, of L.3556/2007, as in force, in order to facilitate the calculation of acquisition or disposal thresholds of significant shareholdings by shareholders or holders of voting rights that, following the completion of the merger by absorption of Alpha Services and Holdings S.A. by the Bank ( the "Merger") and as a result of an increase in the Bank's share capital, by the EUR 671,385,970.44 through the issuance of 2,315,124,036 common, dematerialized, registered shares with voting shares each with a nominal value of EUR 0.29 and the simultaneous decrease in the share capital of the Bank, by EUR 4,678,199,321.49 through the cancellation of 51,979,992,461 own shares of the Bank, both of which occurred as a result of the Merger, which was registered with the General Commercial Register on 27.6.2025, the Bank's share capital currently amounts to Euro 671,385,970.44, divided into 2,315,124,036 common, dematerialized, registered shares with voting rights, each with a nominal value of Euro 0.29.
