Mindflair plc, the company investing in next-generation technology focused on AI, is pleased to announce that Celia Li has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2025.

Ms Li has worked as an international media tech executive and TV presenter for the world's largest independent Chinese broadcaster Phoenix Satellite Television. Ms Li set up Phoenix TV's London news division in 2004 where she headed the news team. Since then, she has developed strong relationships with corporates and investors across Asia, Europe, and North America. In addition to her media career, Ms. Li has served as a board director and non-executive director for several companies.

Pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following information is disclosed in respect of Celia Li (aged 48):

Celia Li does not hold any ordinary shares, options or warrants over new ordinary shares in the Company.

Celia was a director of Drylab Media Tech Group PLC until her resignation on 17 February 2025, a company which appointed a liquidator on 7 March 2025. The liquidation process remains ongoing.

There is no further information regarding Celia Li required to be disclosed under the AIM Rules.
