PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES RECEIVING A LAWSUIT AND A MOTION FOR THE RECOGNITION OF THIS LAWSUIT AS A CLASS ACTION

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, March 7, 2016 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or the "Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces that the Company received a lawsuit and a motion for the recognition of this lawsuit as a class action, filed against Partner in the Central District Court on February 21, 2016.

The claim alleges that Partner offers its customers benefits and free gifts while in fact, the customers are being charged for these benefits and gifts.

If the claim filed against Partner is recognized as a class action, the total amount claimed against Partner is estimated by the plaintiff to be approximately NIS 30 million.

Partner is reviewing and assessing the lawsuit and is unable at this preliminary stage, to evaluate, with any degree of certainty, the probability of success of the lawsuit or the range of potential exposure, if any.

פרטנר תקשורת מודיעה על קבלת תביעה ובקשה לאשרה כתובענה ייצוגית

ראש העין, ישראל, 7 במרץ 2016 - חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע"מ )"פרטנר" או "החברה"( )NASDAQ ו-TASE: PTNR), מפעילת תקשורת מובילה בישראל, מודיעה כי קיבלה כתב תביעה ובקשה לאישור התביעה כתובענה ייצוגית, שהוגשה כנגדה לבית משפט מחוזי מרכז ביום 21 בפברואר .2016

בתביעה נטען, כי פרטנר מציעה ללקוחותיה הטבות ומתנות בחינם כאשר הלכה למעשה, הלקוחות מחויבים בגין הטבות ומתנות אלו.

במקרה שהתביעה שהוגשה כנגד פרטנר תאושר כתובענה ייצוגית, מוערך סכום התביעה כנגדה על ידי התובעת בכ30- מיליון .₪

פרטנר בוחנת את התביעה ואין בידה, בשלב מוקדם זה, כדי להעריך, באיזושהי מידה של וודאות, את סיכויי הצלחת התביעה או את היקף החשיפה הפוטנציאלית בגינה, ככל שקיימת.
