Tel-Aviv, Israel, July 12, 2016 – Ellomay Capital Ltd. (NYSE MKT; TASE: ELLO) ("Ellomay" or the "Company"), an emerging operator in the renewable energy and energy infrastructure sector, today announced that it entered into a Rule 10b5-1/Rule 10b-18 purchase plan (the "Plan") to repurchase up to \$1 million of its ordinary shares.
The Plan was entered into as part of the Company's Board-approved share buyback program in an amount of up to \$3 million, previously announced in May 2015. Of the original \$3 million amount, the Company repurchased ordinary shares in an approximate amount of \$1.5 million during 2015 and 2016.
Ellomay is an Israeli based company whose shares are registered with the NYSE MKT and with the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange under the trading symbol "ELLO".
