Kenon Announces Director Resignation

Singapore, October 11, 2016. Mr. Ron Moskovitz has notified the Board of Directors of Kenon Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: KEN, TASE: KEN) ("Kenon") of his resignation as a director of Kenon. The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Moskovitz for his service to Kenon.
