נס ציונה, 31 ביולי 2017 - חברת Foresight, העוסקת בפיתוח מערכות עזר מתקדמות לנהיגה )ADAS), מודיעה היום על חתימת הסכם לביצוע פיילוט לבחינת מערכת On-Eyes של החברה עם אחד מיצרני הרכב המובילים בסין. היצרן הסיני הינו בעל יכולת ייצור של למעלה ממיליון רכבים בשנה. הסכם זה הינו המשך לפיילוט מוצלח שביצעה Foresight עם יצרן רכב מוביל אחר בסין, עימו היא מנהלת משא ומתן לשיתוף פעולה מסחרי.

בהתאם להסכם, החברה הסינית תעמיד לרשות Foresight כלי רכב בו תותקן מערכת On-Eyes של החברה, לשם בחינת ביצועיה. למעט הוצאות יצור, הובלה, התקנה, והסרת המערכת, הפיילוט ימומן על ידי היצרן. מטרות הבחינה הינן הדגמת ביצועי מערכת למניעת תאונות דרכים של החברה, המבוססת על טכנולוגית תלת מימד, וכן קבלת הבנה מעמיקה של דרישות ממערכות הסיוע לנהג בסין, בהתחשב בתרבות הנהיגה, תשתיות ומזג האוויר המקומיים. מערכת On-Eyes תיבחן הן בסביבה המבוקרת והן בסביבה הלא מבוקרת.

הצדדים הסכימו מראש על תנאים וספציפיקציות לביצוע הפיילוט, וכן על מדדים, דרישות ואמות מידה להערכת הצלחתו.

בהתאם לתוצאות הפיילוט, יבחנו הצדדים כניסה להסכם מסחרי ביניהם.

Foresight Signs a Pilot Agreement with an Additional Leading Chinese Car Manufacturer

NESS ZIONA, July 31, 2017 – Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd., a leading developer of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (TASE and NASDAQ: FRSX), announced today that it has signed an agreement with a leading Chinese car manufacturer, for a pilot project to test Foresight's Eyes-On advanced driver assistance system. The Chinese manufacturer has an annual manufacturing capacity of over one million vehicles. This pilot agreement follows a successful pilot with another leading Chinese car manufacturer, with whom Foresight is negotiating commercial cooperation.

Pursuant to the agreement, the Chinese manufacturer will provide Foresight a vehicle to be equipped with the company's Eyes-On system in order to test its performance. The pilot test will be financed by the manufacturer, except for production, shipping, installation and deinstallation costs of the system. The objectives of the test are to demonstrate the performance of Foresight's accident prevention systems, which is based on 3D technology, and to gain deeper understanding of Chinese drivers' requirements for driver assistance systems, taking into consideration local weather, infrastructure and common driving conduct. Eyes-on will be tested in controlled and uncontrolled environments.

The parties have mutually agreed on pre-determined specific terms, conditions and specifications for the pilot test performance, as well as key performance indicators, requirements and criteria for the assessment of the pilot's success.

The parties will consider entering into a future commercial agreement based on the results of the pilot test.
