PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES AN 'ilA+' RATING FOR A DEFERRED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, November 28, 2018 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, reports today that further to the Company's reports dated September 13, 2017, and September 17, 2017, with respect to the agreement that the Company entered into for a private placement for additional Series F debentures in Israel, which will take place on December 4, 2018, S&P Global Ratings Maalot Ltd. has rated today the deferred private placement of the additional said Series F debentures with an 'ilA+' rating in a total amount up to NIS 150 million.

The offering described in this press release is made only in Israel and only to residents of Israel in a transaction exempt from, or not subject to, the registration requirements of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 (the "Securities Act"). פרטנר תקשורת מודיעה על מתן דירוג של '+ilA 'להנפקה פרטית עתידית

ראש העין, ישראל, נובמבר ,28 2018 - חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע"מ )להלן "פרטנר" או "החברה"( )NASDAQ ו-TASE: PTNR), מפעילת תקשורת מובילה בישראל, מודיעה היום כי בהמשך להודעות החברה מיום 13 בספטמבר 2017 ומיום 17 לספטמבר ,2017 בדבר התקשרותה בהסכם לביצוע הנפקה פרטית עתידית של אגרות חוב נוספות מסדרה ו' בישראל, אשר תתבצע ביום 4 בדצמבר ,2018 העניקה היום חברת אס אנד פי גלובל רייטינגס מעלות בע"מ, דירוג '+ilA 'להנפקת אגרות חוב בהיקף של עד 150 מיליון ₪ ע.נ. במסגרת הנפקה פרטית עתידית כאמור.
