On December 5, 2018, our director Yuval Illuz notified us that effective December 13, 2018, he will resign from our Board of Directors, in order to pursue other business and personal activities. Mr. Illuz's resignation is not a result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or any matter related to the Company's operations, policies or practices, the Company's management or the Board of Directors.
