On November 3, 2020, the Board of Directors of Compugen Ltd. (the "Company") approved the Compugen Ltd. 2021 Employee Share Purchase Plan (the "2021 ESPP"). On December 10, 2020, the Company filed a registration statement on Form S-8 in connection with the 2021 ESPP pursuant to which it registered 600,000 ordinary shares of the Company.
