Re: The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. - Immediate Report

The Company is hereby honored to announce that yesterday, July 12th, 2021, a judgment was rendered by the Supreme Court dismissing the Plaintiff's appeal of the District Court's judgment dated October 10th, 2019, which denied the application for approval of a class action claim filed against the Company's subsidiary, The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. (hereinafter: "The Phoenix Insurance") and against Passportcard Israel General Insurance Agency (2014) Ltd., in the matter of alleged surveillance and recording of medical conversations with respect to overseas travel insurance and their illegal storage in databases (for further details, see the Immediate Report dated January 12th, 2020 (Reference No. 2020-01-004543), and in Note 7(a)(22) to the Company's financial statements as of March 31st, 2021, which were published on May 27th, 2021 (Reference No. 2021-01-031600).

This brings the procedure to an end.

The date on which the judgment was received by The Phoenix Insurance is today at 9:10 a.m.
