Re: Halman-Aldubi I2P1ST, Limited Partnership - Immediate Report

Notice is hereby given that a Claim has been filed against Halman-Aldubi I2P1ST, Limited Partnership, which is a Partnership held in a chain by the Company (hereinafter "The Partnership"), accompanied by a request for approval as a class action, in the Central District Court in Tel – Aviv (hereinafter collectively "The Claim").

The matter of the Claim is that the Partnership, allegedly, does not provide accessibility to the documents it submits as part of its reports in the Internet information systems operated by the Securities Authority and by the Stock Exchange (Magna and Maya systems, respectively), thus, allegedly, preventing or reducing the ability of people with disabilities to obtain information from these reports.

The Plaintiff estimates the total damage to all members of the group he seeks to represent in the amount of NIS 7.5 million.

The Plaintiff stated that he had submitted several requests for approval of class action claims that, according to his claim, were essentially similar to the questions arose in this Claim, against a number of companies, including another insurance company.

At this stage, the Partnership is studying the details of the Claim, and therefore the chances of its approval as a class action cannot be assessed, and if it is approved, the chances of its success cannot be assessed.

The date on which the Company became aware of the event is yesterday at 21:30 p.m.
