The Company is hereby honored to announce that The Tel Aviv-Yafo District Court rendered on the 5th of October 2021 a judgment which approves an agreed motion for the plaintiff's withdrawal from the motion to certify the claim as a class action, which was filed against a subsidiary of the Company, The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. (hereinafter "The Phoenix Insurance"), and which concerns with the argument that The Phoenix Insurance's payment of insurance coverage in a travel policy abroad in case of cancellation of a flight, is conditional on various onerous conditions (See details in the Immediate Report dated November 30th, 2020 (Reference No. 2020-01- 129648) and in Note 7A(56) to the Company's financial statements as of June 30th , 2021 which were published on August 25th, 2021 (Reference No. 2021-01-070180)).

This brings the proceeding to an end.
