The Company respectfully updates that today, December 5, 2021, the Ministry of Education announced that the Company had been named as a winner of a tender for the supply of air purification systems in classrooms of 50-100 schools throughout Jerusalem, at the amount of NIS 1.6 Million(approximately), VAT included ("The Tender").
As part of the Tender, the Company undertook maintenance and warranty services for the systems for 12 months, including replacing perishables.
According to the Company estimation, the Tender's purpose is to constitute a pilot where the possibility of expanding air purification systems' deployment to all classrooms and kindergartens in the country, supervised by the Ministry of Education, shall be examined.1 In this context, it should be noted that, as of the date of this report, the Company has not yet exhausted its production line's maximum production capacity.
It should also be noted that the Company estimates it has a comparative advantage over foreign competitors bidding in local government ministries tenders, inter alia, since the Company develops and manufactures its products in Israel and can meet fast supply deadlines.
The information contained in the above statement, regarding the Company's assessments for expanding the pilot and the Company's advantage in bidding on government entities' tenders, is forward-looking information, as defined in the Securities Law, based on the Company's appraisals of market trends, the Company's production capacity and compliance with the terms and conditions of such entities' tenders, inter alia, due to the Company's familiarity with the customary terms of such tenders, information from external sources and internal analyses performed by the Company, including regulatory changes in the field of activity, the continuation of procedures, changes in production and transportation costs, changes in the Company's business plan, changes in the Tender terms, third party activities, Tender writers' decisions, third party budgetary constraints, entry of additional competitors, or expansion of existing competitors' actions in the market and other risk factors, which are not under the Company's control and may have a material impact on the Company's assessments stated above.
Sincerely, Aura Smart Air Ltd. By: Aviad Shnaiderman, CEO
