Update on FTSE Nationality Review

Further to the Group's announcement of 11 February 2021, BATM (LSE: BVC; TASE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that it remains committed to maintaining its membership of the FTSE UK Index Series and continues to investigate the available options for achieving this objective. BATM anticipates that this process will require a further 15 months.

The Group will update the market in due course.
