Notice is hereby given that a Claim has been filed in the Central District Court in Tel � Aviv against a subsidiary of the Company, The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. (hereinafter: "The Phoenix Insurance"), accompanied by a motion to certify the Claim as a class action, (hereinafter collectively: "The Claim").The matter of the Claim, according to the plaintiff, is that The Phoenix Insurance renewed a group health insurance policy in 2019, for members of the Secondary School Teachers' Association and their families, in schools and colleges, while making changes, reduction of insurance coverage and increase in premiums, allegedly, without informing the policyholders and without obtaining their consent.The Plaintiff stated that the cumulative damage caused to all members of the group, according to it, cannot be estimated, but is above NIS 2.85 million.At this stage, The Phoenix Insurance is studying the details of the Claim, and therefore the chances of its approval as a class action cannot be assessed, and if it is approved, the chances of its success cannot be assessed. false
