Re: Termination of the Pilot of the Ministry of Education for the Installation of the Company's Systems in Schools around the Jerusalem Region

Following the Company's report dated December 5, 2021 (reference number: 2021-01-106237) regarding the Ministry of Education's announcement to the Company that it has won the tender for the supply and installation of air purification systems in classrooms in the amount of NIS 1.6 million including VAT (the "Tender"), the Company updates that yesterday, April 6, 2022, the Ministry of Education announced to the Company that the scope of the tender has been reduced - so that the Company's systems have been installed in 22 schools (instead of 50-100 schools) with a total financial scope of approximately NIS 300,000 including VAT (instead of NIS 1.6 million including VAT) (the "Current Tender Scope"). As of the date of this report, all the Company's systems, by virtue of the Current Tender Scope, have been provided and installed in the classrooms.

It should also be noted that the Company estimates that the reduction of the Tender Scope was made in the background of the publication and implementation of an up-to-date budgeting plan for the purchase, installation, and maintenance of air purifiers in educational institutions of local authorities where students of pre-primary and primary education are being educated, in accordance with the Call for Proposals published by the Ministry of Education on January 3, 2022, as part of dealing with the outbreak of the coronavirus (the "Call for Proposals").
