ITEM 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 21 2022, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the "Committee") of OPKO Health, Inc. (the "Company") held a meeting to review certain compensation matters for certain of the Company's executive officers and non-executive employees. At the meeting, the Committee: (i) approved a cash bonus payment of \$1,150,000 to Dr. Jon R. Cohen, the Company's Senior Vice President; (ii) approved an annual salary increase for Dr. Cohen from \$575,000 to \$600,000; and (iii) approved a cash bonus payment of \$200,000 to Mr. Adam Logal, the Company's Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer.
