Re: A judgment by the Tel Aviv Regional Labor Court, approving an agreed motion for withdraw from motion to certify a claim as a class action against The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. The Company is hereby honored to announce that a judgment was rendered on April 19, 2022 by the Tel Aviv Regional Labor Court, approving an agreed motion for the plaintiff to withdraw from the motion to certify a claim as a class action, which was filed against a subsidiary of the Company, The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. (hereinafter: "The Phoenix Insurance"), and which is concerned with the argument that The Phoenix Insurance refuses to pay its life insurance policyholders in life insurance policies the benefit annuity they are entitled to for in respect of the first month after the end of the insurance period (the first month of their retirement) (See details in the Immediate Report dated February 18, 2020 (Reference No. 2020-01-014464) and in Note 43A (35) to the Company's financial statements as of December 31, 2021, which were published on March 29, 2022 (Reference No. 2022-01-036997)).This brings this proceeding to an end. false
