Dear Sirs and Madams,

Re: The Company filed an international patent application for cultivated honey production methods

The Company is honored to inform its shareholders that further to the Company's report of May 31, 2021 [Ref No.: 2021-01-093060) in which Beeio Honey Technologies Ltd., a private company fully owned by the Company (hereinafter: the "Subsidiary"), informed that it had filed a provisional patent application in the U.S., on May 30, 2022, the Subsidiary informed the Company that this patent application has been filed as an international patent application (PCT application):

Methods and Systems for Producing Emulated Honey

The patent is the development of a process for cultivated honey production in an industrial scale, which mimics the biological process taking place in the bee's stomach, without the use of honeybees, rather by employing enzymatic processes. The purpose of the method described in the application is to create a new process, allowing increased production of the important honey ingredients from plants, independent of bees, while controlling the quantity, composition, and ratios of the honey ingredients up to the production of honey which is similar in its composition to pure honey (bee originated) at the molecular level.

Such production of honey may be an industrial breakthrough with great economic and industrial value, since cultivated honey production has many advantages. For details regarding the advantages of cultivated honey, see Company's report of May 31, 2021 (Ref No.: 2021-01- 093060) included in this report by way of reference.

Upon filing the PCT application, by virtue of an international treaty, it would be possible to apply at the next stage in 148 other countries, resulting in a simultaneous examination of the patent in several different countries. If these applications are filed, this will be in accordance with the Company's work plan which has been set by the Company's board of directors. It is clarified that although the treaty is international, filing a PCT application does not constitute an international approval for a particular patent.

To the Company's estimation, the PCT filing may significantly strengthen the protection of its intellectual property, coupled with two additional PCT patent applications and three other provisional patent applications that have been filed. Such applications and additional ones, insofar that such are filed by the Company and/or the Subsidiary, are part of the Company's long-term strategic plan to generate a substantial technological advantage in its field by protecting its intellectual property.

The information mentioned in this notice is "Forward Looking Information" as defined in the Securities Law, 5728-1968, based on the information known to the Company as of this date, and on estimates and predictions which their realization depends, among others, on factors that are outside of the Company's control. To be noted, the Company is a research and development company and as such, its estimations might be realized in a different manner, if at all, given that the Company's research is preliminary and precedential.

Sincerely, OFIR DVASH, CEO BEEIO HONEY LTD
