DIRECTOR / PDMR Shareholding

London, 24 June 2022 – Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

The Company notes that Growthy Holdings Co. Limited ("Growthy Holdings"), a holding company owned by Mathios Rigas, has notified the Company that it has sold 5,000,000 ordinary shares it owns in Energean (the "Shares") (the "Sale"), representing approximately 2.8 per cent. of the Company's existing issued share capital. The Sale was effected through an accelerated book-built offering of the Shares to institutional investors.

Mr Rigas remains fully committed to the business and is confident in the outlook for Energean. Following completion of the Sale, Mr Rigas will remain a significant shareholder in Energean owning (directly or indirectly) approximately 15 million shares of the Company, representing approximately 8.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
